The largest and most popular of our rooms, The Terrace is located on the 1st floor of the hotel and is ideal for board meetings, conferences, parties, weddings, banquets and much more.

This room boasts a large verandah with an automatic vergola, overlooking onto the internal courtyard downstairs.

Audio visual facilities are available including IPod connection & presentation projector.

The Private Dining Room

The smallest of our function rooms, the Private Dining is located on the 1st floor of the hotel and is ideal for Intimate dinner parties, corporate meetings or client drinks. The Private Dining Room boasts an adjoining private courtyard, and a fireplace.

Uncorked

You can also host your function at Uncorked. Uncorked is located upstairs at the Union Hotel and has a comfortable modern fit-out. This sophisticated room is filled with natural light, cosy modern booth seating and is ideal for sitdown, and Canapé styled events. Complete with a generous balcony this space is not only elegant but multi functional.

All three rooms cans also be hired out exclusively to cater for bigger functions of 250+ people.
